Kathleen Manns, LMHC

My name is Kathleen (Kathy) Manns. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Master’ Level Certified Addictions Professional (MCAP). I have been in the counseling and substance abuse industry for over 20 plus years. Three years ago, I opened up my own business, Twins Family Foundations Inc. My personal goal is to strengthen individuals and families with strategies to develop effective relationships and live a productive lifestyle. My company may be new, but you can trust that you are getting an expert. We stand by our vision, “Reviving community well-being; One family at a time.”.
Lorraine Lee, MS
Registered Mental Health Intern
Lorraine, was born in Jacksonville, Fla. She moved in 1983 to Los
Angeles, CA where she stayed for 15 years. She returned to Jacksonville in 1999. She has played a key leadership role in growing small to medium size businesses which focuses on Community Services of Children and Families by adding a Behavioral Health Therapy Component. She has help developed achievable visions, missions and facilitating implementation of business plans resulting in increased profitability to the businesses. She has held Senior
Executive positions with Lakeview Health Systems, River Region,
and Steppingstone to Recovery with are well known in the non- profit and private sector. While in practice Lorraine has focused on Individual and family services, trauma and conflict resolution with children between the ages of 3 to 5. She has written grants for several different agencies. She offers an encompassing perspective
and immediate practical advice in several areas. She completed
University of Phoenix with a BA in Business Management and continued her studies at Springfield College in Tampa, Fla majoring in
Mental Health/ Human Services. She is passionate about anything
she put her mind to do which includes her career and the client’s she servers. She currently is the owner of Performance Enhancement Services, Mental Health Therapy and has a business partnership with Twins Family Foundation Counseling Center in Jacksonville. Helping the community understand the stigma of Mental Health and the effects it has on our children and young adults. She is a Registered Mental Health Counselor.
